We Do NOT:

We DO Share Information With (Only When Necessary for Service Delivery):

  • Court Systems – When required to file immigration documents or legal proceedings

  • Government Agencies – When required by law, court order, or in connection with immigration proceedings (USCIS, DOS, DHS, etc.)

Data Sharing Restrictions: We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and staff authorization procedures, to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information. Any third-party service providers who access your data are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

Mobile Opt-In Data: Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose outside of SMS delivery. This data is excluded from any information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this policy.

6. Data Retention

Client Case Files:

  • We retain all client case information for a minimum of 7 years after case closure, as required by professional conduct rules and immigration law regulations.

  • After 7 years, case files may be securely destroyed unless longer retention is required by law.

Website Contact Form Submissions:

  • Inquiries that do not result in representation are retained for 1 year for follow-up and business records.

  • After 1 year, these records are securely deleted.

SMS Communications:

  • Text message records are retained as part of client case files for the same retention period (7 years post-closure).

Website Analytics:

  • Automatic website data is retained for 90 days for analytics purposes, then permanently deleted.
